Good morning Curt,

Thank you for your email and reaching out to me.   That=92s good news you h=
ave the boundary line resolved.   We at the Port are interested in purchasi=
ng the land still.   I think the hold up for us will be guaranteeing doing =
the rail in the next few years.  I=92m guessing that is still the stipulati=
on that the Port bring rail up through there within a couple years correct?

We do envision rail for that area,  and agree rail is extremely important. =
  We just have a hard time guaranteeing we can get it done within that time=
frame.   Especially with working on our new water tower project that we are=
 in the middle of at this time.   We do have a commissioner meeting next Tu=
esday and I will bring it up to my commissioners and see what they=92d like=
 to do.

I will reach out after that meeting and let you know their thoughts.   I wi=
ll let them know too we=92d like to do something by the end of November if =
possible.

It has taken a year, but our boundary line issue with Mike Andersen's circl=
e is now resolved so we hope to close the probate for Dad's estate by the e=
nd of the year.

If the Port is still interested in purchasing the rail corridor as discusse=
d a year ago; to make your north 100 acres permit ready for rail service an=
d to secure a route to loop your new water system to the Cunningham road li=
nes,  we would consider an offer if received by the end of November.
