Hello Steve and Nicole


It appears our probate attorney did not transfer the three parcels from 
'Clyde and Bonnie Andrews' to just Bonnie after the properties were 
divided and the three NW parcels were moved to Clyde's testamentary trust.

Is this something you folks can do for us, or do we need to go back to 
the estate/probate attorney Andrea Maroney  at Elder Law Group to put 
the property in Bonnie's name only?

One of the parcels,  Revised lot 3 plat 32-05-04 is part of the 
Andersen/Andrews 2008 industrial payment covenant and the proposed joint 
sales agreement.

The other two, Revised lot 4 short plat 32-04-04 and revised parcel 
2-100-46-070-0300 are involved with slivers of land being traded with 
the boundary line adjustment drawing.

Should the ownership of these parcels be cleaned up before Bonnie signs 
the quit claims for the boundary line adjustment?
