We signed the final forms, so everything is done on Dad's estate/will  except to give kim $10,000 from  each,  for them living in her backyard but that is not payable until after mom dies.

The state estate tax return typically has questions, and will  will probably require a more formal appraisal on the farm items/military vehicles  that I guessed on. 

And i have to get the title/ownership of  all 20 military vehicles, her CRV and trailers SUV  transferred to Mom, but that will be a long process, so i am thinking that we should just transfer them to Katelyn directly and save having to do it again when you or I die.
