We have Clyde's trust and bank account set up and the John Deere stock 
in its own account with Wells Fargo.

Did i understand correctly that we do not need to move the cash revenue 
from the house rentals for this year into the account and then back out 
before the end of this year?    we can start that process with next 
year's income?

Anything we need to do before year end?
