Hello Andrea

We are trying to open a bank account for the trust at Umpqua Bank (so it 
is easy to transfer funds between rental Double A Properties Umpqua 
accounts).

We almost got it done but there seems to be a legal glitch in the trust 
document where the Bank is saying for Craig to be able to manage and 
sign on the trust account, the trust document must specifically state 
that Bonnie can grant others to be named on the trust account.

I may not have understood the issue correctly, so if you need 
clarification with the bank's concern, please contact them directly.

If we can just add an amendment to  the trust and Mom can sign, sent it 
to me;  i will print, have her sign, scan and return.

If we need to come down to sign an new version of the trust, we could do 
it Friday.
