Discussion with Mike Prior on June           2024

Bonnie and Clyde have a bypass Will arrangement;  where in,  when Clyde
died, his assets are moved to a trust to support Bonnie for the rest of
her life.

After Bonnie dies, the total estate is processed, assests sold and
divided into four equal parts to be given to Carole, Curtis, Craig and a
scholarship/community endowment fund.

With Carole's death, her share would normally pass to her two children,
Nathanial and Matthew and they have been legally notified as such.

However, Clyde and Bonnie so loved and appreciated Carole's husband
Mike, that they specifically stipulated that Carole's  share be divided
three ways, with a third of Carole's inheritance going to Mike.

Because of the unique situation in which the estate owns Mike and
Linda's home. Bonnie would like to offer  an early inheritance payout
and personal gifting to give Mike full ownership of his house now.

The first step in an early inheritance option, is to accept our
estimated total valuation of the estate to be about five million
dollars. (see list of assets)

1/3 of 1/4 of the estate comes out to about $400,000 each for or Mike,
Nathaniel and Matthew.

Early dispersal of Mike's full inheritance from the total estate would
be to give Mike title to his house.

Accepting this early inheritance would complete Mike's total inheritance
and he would receive no future inheritance from Andrews family estate.

To disburse Carole's share of the estate early, requires that all
parties agree to all details,  so no one can be forced to accept any
terms they do not feel are fair.  It is your choice.

Doing nothing and you will eventually receive 1/3 of 1/3 of Clyde's
trust (real estate is required to be sold/dispersed from estate within
twenty years).
