        in real estate prices, the estate is currently estimated to be
        valued around six million&nbsp; dollars.&nbsp;</font></p>

        happens in the economy and cost to care for Bonnie, over the
        next decade,&nbsp; the estate could drop in half or double in
        value.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>

        her share would normally pass to her two children , Nathanial
        and Matthew.&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></p>

        Bonnie so loved and appreciated Carole's husband Mike, that they
        specifically stipulated that Carole's&nbsp; share be divided three

        unique situation in which she owns Mike and Linda's home. So she

        share of the estate early requires that all parties agree to all
        details,&nbsp; so no one can be forced to accept any terms they do
